Metal Books

I know what you are thinking. "What the hell? Reading sucks!" Well, my friend, these aren't just normal books, these are the sickest, dirtiest, and yet, very interesting heavy metal books.

Mötley Crüe's The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band

I loved this book. If you are fan of Mötley Crüe or even fan of the genre and you don't have this book, you are just WRONG! The reason I loved this was that it was so raw and original, nothing like I have ever read before. I learned two new words! (I will not print them.) Such interesting stuff! Things like Pam and Tommy's sex tape, Vince's daughter, Skylar, dying, Mick's childhood (he hung his older brother when he was like 5!), Nikki's 5 minutes of being dead, Vince's car crash that killed Hanoi Rock's Razzle, Tommy going to jail for hitting Pam while holding their son, among other things. Even things you may not know. Like Tommy being engaged to Bobbie Brown, the girl from the Warrant 'Cherry Pie' video. Or that Nikki had a sister with Down's syndrome. Some really great things. I started reading this book just I got on the plane to go to my cruise in summer '04. I finished on my first plane home. When it ended, my summer vacation was ending. I never wanted that story to end. You'll hear this from anybody you ask, but you can't put it down. So go and get it. Right now. Go.
